Delivery Policy

Male' & Hulhumale' Area Delivery

  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 3 PM on weekdays will be delivered on the same day.

  • Free Delivery: For purchases above MVR 775, delivery to any address in Malé, Hulhumalé, and Villimale is free of charge.

  • Verification: Customers are required to present proof of identity and sign the Delivery Note upon receipt.

Villimale' Delivery

  • Delivery Timeframe: 1-3 Working Days.

  • Boat Docked in Male' Delivery: Orders to boats docked in Male' require 1-5 days for delivery. Boat and captain's details are required one working day before the delivery.

  • Free Delivery: For orders above MVR 775, delivery to boats docked in Male' is free of charge.

  • Verification: The boat captain must sign the delivery note as proof of receipt.

In-Store Pickup

  • Location: Orders can be collected without additional charges from Oevaali Art Shop.

  • Verification: Customers or authorized representatives need to provide the order number along with their details (Name, Contact Number) for pickup.

Payment Options

  • Bank of Maldives Payment Gateway (MPG): Available for customers with Bank of Maldives issued/supported cards. This service is subject to the terms and conditions of Bank of Maldives.
