Exchange & Refunds
We warrant that the Products are of merchantable quality and free from material or workmanship defects, provided they are subject to normal use. No additional guarantee is provided.
The warranty period is as below from the date of purchase (for retail store); and from the date of tracked delivery (for online store orders):
- 3 calendar days for the Gaia Stone Collection (with the exception of earrings, for which due to hygiene reasons, no exchanges or refunds can be processed).
- 7 calendar days for all other products
In the unlikely event your Product(s) are found to be defective under this warranty, please contact hello@oevaaliartshop.com with (1) your order number (2) photographs of the Product issue (3) your phone number.
Please note that requests received after the above detailed warranty period has expired will not be eligible for exchange or refunds. Upon your request:
- You will be asked for proof of purchase*, please ensure you retain this.
- You will be asked for photos of the Product issue, if it has not already been provided.
- You will be asked to return the Product as is. All items being returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered, and include any original packaging, including all original tags.
- International Customers: We recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping method to return items to us, and keep the tracking number for your records. Unfortunately, Oevaali Art Shop is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please include your name, order number and contact details in and on the return package, to ensure your refund is processed correctly. Return Postal Address:

Local Customers: Upon your email request to hello@oevaaliartshop.com, you will be provided with a date/time window to return your Products to the Oevaali Art Shop Male’ store directly.
- Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, you will have the option of receiving a replacement Product, if available, or a full refund.
This warranty does not cover damage to Products caused by accident, misuse and abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence after purchase, ordinary wear and tear and/or failure to follow the Products care advice.
Please check the Product carefully before purchasing it in-store; or upon receiving it via courier for any issues and contact us immediately if you have any issues. With the exception of product defects under our warranty period defined above, Products sold at our retail store, and online are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
*By Proof of Purchase, we require the original receipt or a copy of the receipt to be produced, to process an exchange at the counter. If you do not have this document, you may send to us other proof of purchase such as bank transaction slips, but kindly note that this request will need to be internally processed by email and may take up to 5 working days. Refunds through card payments including online transactions will be processed within 5 working days.
