Terms & Conditions
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Balance payment is made after your experience, in-store.
- You may request to reschedule at least 2 hours ahead of your booked date/time at no additional cost, subject to availability.
- Do note that once an appointment is rescheduled, it may not be rescheduled again, and the deposit is not refundable in the event of cancellation.
- Cancellations accepted 12 hours ahead of your booked date/time and a full refund of your deposit is processed within 5 working days.
